Terms & Conditions
Payment, Deposit & Cancellation

A deposit of £100 is required to secure your booking for the Charcuterie cart or Graze table.

Outstanding balance to be paid no later than 14 days prior to your event (Failure to pay will result in cancellation / additional late payment charge.

Deposits are fully refundable for 7 days after the date of booking ('Cooling-off period').

After this 'cooling-off' period, deposits are non-refundable.

Any cancellation more than 14 days prior to the event will be refunded in full (excluding deposit, if outside of the cooling-off period).

Any event cancelled 14 days or less before the event, will not be eligible for any refund of any money paid (including deposit, even if within the 'cooling off' period if the booking was made within 14 days of the event).

Any allergies will be accomodated, however we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment.

​If pre-requested conditions are not met (such as site access, tables for Graze Tables, etc.) we retain the right to refuse service / add additional charges. This may also delay service.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to our items while in their possession, and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement as necessary

By making a booking you agree to all the of the above.
