We do! We’re proud to have a 5-star hygiene rating, reflecting our unwavering commitment to cleanliness, safety, and the highest standards of care in everything we do.

Staff also have a level 3 food hygiene certification & allergy training, so rest assured, we make sure your food not only tastes and looks fantastic, but is also safe.

Do you have insurance?

Yes. For your peace of mind, we are fully covered by £5million public liability insurance, demonstrating our commitment to professionalism, accountability, and the highest standards. You can feel confident and secure in choosing our services.

We send a copy when you book - but if you'd like to see it in advance, let us know.

Where are you based?

Accepted Answer

We are based in the West Midlands, but we cover the whole of the UK. Events more than 50 miles away from Wolverhampton, WV4 will incur an additional fee.

Do you deliver?

We do! Our Charcutery Cart and Graze Table pricing includes any location within 50 miles of WV4, Wolverhampton, outside of this there may be a small additional charge.

Question 5

How much do you charge?

Our prices vary. As an example, a Charcuterie box for 2 is £20. The Charcuterie Cart is £100 for 2 hours, plus £8.95 per person, and this includes sert-up, pack down, a server for 2 hours, all the food (which you choose) and all of the accessories your guests need, such as graze boards, napkins, cutlery.​

This depends what service you're using:
 • Charcuterie Cart:
    • Charcuterie Cart
    • Set-up and take down
    • A full 2 hours of service
    • One staff member (min.)
    • Food (12 Items + accompaniments)
    • Boards, napkins, etc
    • Gazebo / Umberella (If required)

• Graze Table:
    • A selection of artisnal cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, gourmet accompaniments, etc. all chosen by you.
    • Set-up
    • Table decorations
    • Tiered stands
    • Decorative elements (specific to your needs)
Please note: We do not supply tables

    • A selection of cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, gourmet accompaniments, etc.
    • A wooden board or biodegradable box / cup / boat

Question 7

How long does the food last?

Accepted Answer

Not long! No, really, you will struggle not to eat it immediatey! However, if you have super-human levels of self control there are some time limits:

Graze tables: Need to be eaten within 4 hours of set-up
Graze Boxes / boards / cups / boats: Can be eaten within 24-48 hours, but must be kept refridgerated and not at room temperature for any more than 4 hours.

We reccomend that the food is eaten as soon as possible on the day of delivery to get the best experience.

Can I pick my own food?

Yes! We send out a list of available options for Graze tables and Charcuterie Carts... But if you're spoilt for choice, we're happy to pick our favourites for you! Boxes, cups and boats are ususally selected by us, but if you have any requests, let us know when you order.

Question 9

Do you accommodate dietary requirements / allergies?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We do our best to tailor options for allergies and dietary requirements, but please note we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.

Question 10

Do you have minimum numbers?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the minimum number for the Charcuterie Cart is 45 people. We can sometimes accommodate smaller numbers, but you'll need to discuss this with us.

There are no minimum numbers for the Graze boxes / cups / boats.

How do I book?

Booking a charcuterie cart for your event is simple—just choose your date, select your package, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Question 12

How much notice do you need?

Accepted Answer

For our Charcuterie Cart or Graze Tables​​​, we recommend at least 3 months notice. For our other products, such as graze boxes and graze cups, 5-7 days is usually sufficient.

If you have a last minute event, we may be able to accommodate this, but you will need to contact us ASAP.

How do I pay?

We take payments by debit / credit card via our online retailer. At events, we can take contactless or cash payments.

Can I 'Dry Hire' the cart?

Accepted Answer

Sometimes... If we havent got a booking, we can offer a dry hire package. Contact us for more information.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

We hope you don't have to cancel, you'll miss out on our AMAZING charcuterie, but in reality, things happen!
